Quebec and Ontario
Free delivery with any purchase of $125 or more before taxes, anywhere in Quebec (except for Magdalen Islands and Kuujuaq) and Ontario.
Delivery at a fixed rate of $3.95 for pixie bonnets only (without tracking number - delivery times between 2 days and 30 working days*).
Fixed rate delivery $9.95 (with tracking number - delivery times between 1 day and 5 business days*).
Rest of Canada
Delivery at a fixed rate of $15.95 (with a tracking number - delivery times between 3 days and 6 working days*) for all orders except remote areas.
We ship anywhere in Canada except in Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Nunavut, the Northwest Territories and Yukon. Distant locations in other provinces and territories are also excluded. Mase & Hats reserves the right to decide if a location is to be considered as a distant location or not.
For international delivery, please contact us by email and we will be happy to send you an estimate of the shipping costs.
Customers from Quebec City or the surrounding area can pick up their order free of charge directly at our offices in Lévis. Please use the code PICKUP when making your purchase. An email will then be sent to you when the order is ready.
Note: Delivery times could be longer from mid-October due to the approach of Christmas. The COVID-19 situation may also affect the delays. Thank you for your understanding.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND
If you wish to make a return or exchange, you must send us your request by email including your order number, within 10 days of receipt of your articles. Items must be in their original condition, with the respective label and must not have been washed, worn or damaged in order to be eligible for return or exchange.
A refund will follow once we have received your package and confirmed that the item complies with our return policy. The refund will be made according to the original method of payment.
ITEMS ON SALE
Discounts codes must be used at time of purchase. They may not be applied once an order has been submitted and cannot be applied to previous purchases. One code at a time. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are not eligible for return as they are considered final sale. However, items purchased at current prices may be refunded or exchanged.
